Celebrated Make up and beauty brand House of TARA is giving back to her beauty representatives with a new project- 100 Voices. Known for her passion for empowering women, the creative mind behind the brand Tara Fela-Durotoye is using this project to empower and motivate the students, mothers, housewives, school dropouts AND business owners that make up this group of reps.
The project recognizes that these women have inspiring stories to tell and share with everyone and so this is a platform for the reps to share their stories with Nigerians. How will this amazing project start? The beauty reps are to send their inspiring stories to House of TARA and these stories will be read by inspiring women like Uche Pedro of BellaNaija.com, Funke Bucknor, Adesuwa Oyenokwe, Ibukun Awosika, Linda Ikeji, Tosyn Bucknor and more. Only 25 stories will be selected.
Winners will be treated to an all expense paid trip from any part of Nigerian to Lagos where they will be given celebrity treatment with Radio and TV interviews and a photo sessions courtesy of House of TARA. Their stories will be shared on social media platforms like BellaNaija.com and Linda Ikeji. That’s not all, the inspiring stories sent in will be published in a coffee table book titled ’100 voices’ which will feature their profiles and will be sold both nationally and internationally. The final winners of the 100 voices will have House of TARA Tote bags named after them with their stories printed on the bag.
House of TARA has trained and empowered a lot of people through its make up classes and is always looking for ways to further empower and appreciate them.The 100 voices is a platform created not only to appreciate the beauty reps but to inspire and empower Nigerian women and youths as well.
