Kanye West wants his Child to be North West?

Hip Hop artist, Kanye West wants to call his baby by Kim Kardashian, North. The rapper, 35, came up with a list of potential names for the baby due in July, but North is at the top because he thinks it sounds good with his surname.

He sounded out pals about the moniker last month while working in Paris during fashion week. But the title is unlikely to go down well with girlfriend Kim, 32, whose family have a tradition of starting their first names with a K. Kim might also have a problem with her boyfriend’s next album title - I Am God.

NotJustOk Music Conccert: Ticket Sales now on

For more Info: /a>

Finally, the #NMC tickets are available for sale and on sale. For now, this is only available for people outside Nigeria. This online sale will only last for 10 days (November 28) so that we can have more than enough time to mail the tickets out to people outside the country who plan to be at the NotjustOk Music Concert.

One of the reasons we decided to make the tickets available for purchase on the site is that we do not want a situation where folks who plan to be in Nigeria on the week of the event get there and the tickets are sold out. So this will give some of you who live outside of Nigeria a chance to purchase your tickets so that you don’t miss out.

Tickets will be mailed out once purchased on the site to a physical address, so it is important that you enter your correct information when making your purchase.

Also, there are limited tickets available so please hurry up and buy as soon as possible. All the other tickets are already in Lagos so you will have to purchase it there once we run out on the site.

Starting some time next week tickets will go on sale at selected outlets:
Regular – N5,000
VIP – N15,000
VVIP – N30,000

Queen Latifah opens up about kids, age and her assets at The Keep A Child Alive Black Ball in NY

The queen wants a princess — or prince.

Queen Latifah tells the December/January issue of More: "I'm definitely going to adopt — or have — a child. I've wanted to adopt since I was 17 or 18 years old."

The 41-year-old cover girl (and CoverGirl), who stars in the upcoming gospel-fest flick Joyful Noise with Dolly Parton, jokes about her and Parton's shared, uh, assets: "Can you imagine?...Dolly Parton and Queen Latifah singing, in one movie? All those breasts! We wish you all the breasts!"

There's more bold body talk. Latifah, for instance, seems to snub the idea of going under the cosmetic surgeon's knife: "When I was a kid, I was always the one hanging with older cool people. I've met so many people all through my life who made growing older look good. Look at Jamie Lee Curtis, not getting plastic surgery and not changing her hair."

The multi-hyphenate celebrity is typically frank about embracing her own faults: "People say, 'You have such beautiful skin!' But guess what? I get pimples, too. I mean, (expletive), I'm a woman, I have hormones. Who knows what is going on? I've just got to roll with it…The reality is, I like imperfection. You take away from the world when you're not yourself. Whatever is unique and special about you was designed by God. And when you try to be someone else, we don't get you."

Prince Harry Parties in Vegas

Prince Harry on stage at a London awards ceremony this summer, before he took off for military training

What happens in Vegas doesn't completely stay in Vegas — at least when it comes to Prince Harry.

Britain's third in line to the throne took his relatively raucous romp through the Western U.S. (where he's nearly done with his military training) to Sin City last night, and People has all the PG-rated details. A dressed-down Harry — in light blue jeans and a blue shirt rolled up to elbows but without his of-late ubiquitous baseball cap — managed to party incognito for a couple of hours starting around midnight at Wynn Las Vegas's Tryst nightclub. There's no word as to whether this prince, a Vegas virgin, landed himself a showgirl, but between Grey Goose vodka tonics, Harry, 27, was seen chatting up a black-skirted blonde and boogying for a brunette.

MORE: Where did Prince Harry party in Las Vegas?

Naturally, once it became clear that this was no ordinary ginger-haired gent, scads of women bellied up to his nine-strong VIP section. The word from security? "Private party." The group broke up around 3 a.m., when the prince exited through a side door and retired to a room at the top-rated resort.

Stars and Friends Grieve over Death of Rapper Heavy D

"He was just amazing," said Xea Myers, 11, Heavy D's daughter, when she made a short tribute at the two-and-a-half-hour funeral service at Grace Baptist Church. "That's why we're all here today. To celebrate his love and passion."

Mourners filled the sanctuary and its overflow rooms to remember Heavy D, 44, who died Nov. 8 in Los Angeles from pneumonia complications, according to his family. The funeral drew several celebrities, including Jay-Z, Queen Latifah, John Legend and Sean "Diddy" Combs.

"It's clear why Heavy is such a beautiful and respected person, 'cause of his family and the way he was raised," said Combs during a tribute he delivered, which he began by thanking Heavy D's parents, Clifford and Eulahlee Myers.

"Coming up, I remember how proud I?was knowing I was from the same town as Heavy D," Combs said.

Heavy D was born in Jamaica and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1971. The family first lived in the Bronx and moved to Mount Vernon in 1976.

Combs told uproarious stories about Heavy D, including about how Combs schemed to meet him.

"The first thing I?tried is that I was going to take walks on the block that he lived on because I?knew there was a chance that he would drive by and he would see me and I would be, like, 'Yo! Hev!,'" Combs said. "And he would roll down his window and I would introduce myself to him and he would introduce himself to me and I would become his manager. And that plan didn't work too well because he would just keep driving by every time."

Through further attempts, Combs said he eventually got Heavy D to help him break into the music industry and get an internship at Uptown Records.

Before the funeral began, Heavy D lay in front of the church in his open casket surrounded by white calla lilies, a large portrait of him to the right of the altar. His family sat and stood by the casket before the funeral, paying their final respects before it was closed at the beginning of the 11 a.m. service.

During his words of comfort, the Rev. Al Sharpton praised Heavy D for his positive attitude.

"You don't have to cover no scandals. You don't have to make no excuses. This man changed the world and he did it without getting ugly or violent or degrading," said Sharpton, urging everyone at the service to take the same higher road. "The real challenge is what will you leave here to do, and what can we say about you."

The Rev. Franklyn Richardson, pastor of Grace Baptist, said he had been touched by the faith of Heavy D's family, some of whom worship at his church.

"I've been encouraged by the galiant posture of mother Myers," said Richardson, noting that, in the first days after her son's death, her voice was somber. "I called her the third day and she was effervescent, a woman of power. I said, 'What has happened to you? Your voice has changed.' She said, 'Jesus came by.'"

Mount Vernon Mayor-elect Ernest Davis praised Heavy D for his generosity.

"Many of us know about the celebrity, but how many of us know about the man? The man who cared. The man who knew that we would be judged by what we do for the least of us," said Davis, recalling parties thrown for the public by Heavy D and Combs in a city park. "We need to do less hating and more loving, more giving and less taking. That's what Heavy was about."

After the service, pall bearers, including some of the original members of Heavy D and the Boyz, took the casket outside. Mourners then accompanied the Myers family to Ferncliff Cemetery in Hartsdale, N.Y.
